This page explains how to request account data deletion for services provided by TRZ Corridas.

How to request deletion
- Open the TRZ Corridas app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the privacy/LGPD area in your profile.
- Select the data deletion request option.
If you cannot access the app, send a request to [email protected] including full name, registered phone number, and account email.
Data that will be deleted or anonymized
- Identity and profile data (name, photo, phone, and address).
- Document data and bank details linked to the account.
- Notification tokens and account-linked operational data.
- Vehicle data and categories linked to driver accounts.
Data that may be retained
- Minimum records required for anti-fraud, security, and audit purposes.
- Financial and tax records required by law.
- Anonymized operational records for legal compliance.
When applicable, technical retention may occur for up to 5 years, according to legal and regulatory obligations.
After deletion is processed, your account may become unavailable for login and service usage.
